St Benedict's Primary School has had a successful Pupil Council for many years. The Council consists of one representative elected from each class within the school.

Our Pupil Concil consists of:

• School Captain
• Vice-Captain
• House Captains
• Class Representative

Every child from P1-7 has the opportunity to become a Pupil Council member with prospective candidates presenting a short talk to their class on the qualities they will bring to the Council. Elections are held at the beginning of September. Council members usually meet on the first Wednesday of the month.

Each term, children take part in Learning Circles, where their views are sought on a selection of options. Check out our school Twitter/X to stay updated on these!
